Welcome to Prints by Christine! I want you to feel confident when you order, so here are a few simple policies to help you know what to expect.

Processing & Shipping

• Processing Time: Most orders are designed and sent to production within 3–5 business days. Some custom or larger items may take a little longer.
• Shipping Time: Once produced, items usually arrive within 5–10 business days (U.S. orders). International shipping times vary by location.
• Tracking: You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Custom & Personalized Orders

• Every item is made just for you! Please double-check spelling, names, and dates before submitting your order.
• Custom orders cannot be refunded once they go into production, but I’m always happy to help if you need a quick change before that point.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are made to order and personalized, I cannot accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The item arrives damaged or defective
• The wrong item was sent

If that happens, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and I’ll make it right.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, your design is usually already in progress and may not be able to be canceled.

Colors & Display

Please note that colors may vary slightly between your screen and the final printed product. I work closely with trusted production partners to ensure high-quality prints, canvases, and blankets that you’ll love.
